I’m Joanne Butcher, founder of Your Favourite VA, a professional, reliable support partner for small to medium-sized UK businesses, especially those going through growth and needing help to stay on top of their admin and marketing.

With over 20 years of experience in Personal Assistant and Office Manager roles across sectors like accountancy, engineering, education, and TV/film, I understand what it takes to keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes.

When I’m not supporting clients, I’m busy being mum to two amazing children and spending time with my husband, a director in the construction industry. I find joy in gardening, singing, walking in nature, and dancing (often in the kitchen!).
