Business & Executive Support
As a business grows, the day-to-day work around it grows too.
The diary gets busier. There are more meetings to organise, more emails to keep on top of, more clients and contacts to look after, more information to keep up to date — and somehow, much of it is still being fitted in around everyone's actual jobs.
That's often where I step in.
I can take ownership of the day-to-day work that keeps things moving behind the scenes. Not just completing individual tasks as they come up, but getting to know how you and your team work, what needs looking after and what I can quietly take off your plate.
Over time, that might mean I know which meetings need protecting in the diary, where a document lives, which client is waiting for something, or that the CRM needs updating without somebody having to remind me.
The aim is simple: fewer things for you and your team to have to think about.
This might include:
Inbox and diary management • Meeting coordination • Travel and expenses • CRM and contact management • Client communications • Document and presentation support • Event administration • Client or team onboarding

“Jo took time to firstly understand my business and then support as and when needed. At a time when my diary was inundated with requests for meetings, all I did was hand these over to Jo, who quietly went about getting these scheduled into my ever busy calendar, leaving me to focus on my core activities.”
Bob Rehill, Cintriq
Systems, Processes & Projects
Sometimes the problem isn't that there is too much work. It's that the way the work is being done has become more complicated than it needs to be.
A process that worked perfectly well when there were three of you might not work quite so well when there are eight. Information ends up living in different places. Nobody is completely sure which version of a document is the latest. New starters have to ask someone where everything is. And there are jobs being done manually simply because that's the way they've always been done.
I love getting stuck into this kind of thing.
I'll look at what's happening now, untangle what needs untangling and help put some structure around it. That could mean organising information, documenting a process, tidying up a CRM, creating a central knowledge bank, introducing a simple automation or taking ownership of a project that's been sitting on the we-really-need-to-sort-that list for months.
I'm not interested in adding complicated systems for the sake of it.
Sometimes the best solution is simply making what you already have work better.
This might include:
SOPs & process documentation • Knowledge banks & shared information • CRM organisation & data tidy-ups • Simple automations • Research & implementation projects • Team onboarding processes • Templates & document systems • One-off business projects

Marketing & Content Support
Marketing is one of those things that's very easy to push to next week.
The newsletter needs writing. There's a LinkedIn post half-finished somewhere. Someone needs to update the website. The presentation could do with tidying up before the next meeting. Everyone agrees these things are important, but client work comes first and suddenly another month has disappeared.
I can help keep things moving.
For some clients, that means taking responsibility for a regular newsletter or helping keep their LinkedIn presence consistent. For others, I might be creating presentations, updating website content, repurposing something they've already created or helping turn an idea that's been sitting in someone's head into something they can actually use.
And because I get to know the business behind the content, I'm not starting from scratch every time. I understand how you communicate, what you want to say and how you want your business to come across.
It's about making sure good ideas don't continually get stuck on the to-do list.
This might include:
Email newsletters & campaigns • LinkedIn content & support • Blogs & website content • Presentations & proposals • Canva & branded materials • Content repurposing • Social media scheduling • Marketing administration
You might need a little bit of all three
Most of my client relationships don't fit neatly into one service area — and they don't need to.
I might start by helping with an overflowing inbox or busy diary, then notice that information is difficult to find or a process could be simpler. A newsletter needs to go out. The CRM needs some attention. A new team member needs onboarding. A project comes along that needs someone to take ownership of it.
That's the advantage of having someone who gets to know your business.
The support can change as your business changes.
You don't need to decide which of my services you need before we talk. Tell me what's happening in your business, what's taking up too much of your time and what you'd love to stop having to think about.
We can take it from there.

“Jo has been a brilliant support during a time of change and limited resources. Her organisation, adaptability, and proactive attitude have made a real difference to our marketing team and I couldn't have gone through it without her support.”
Leanne Foley, Elecosoft
Could I make things a little easier?
If you've reached the point where too much is being squeezed in around everything else, I'd love to hear what's going on.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed list of tasks or know exactly what kind of support you need.
Tell me a little about your business, your team and what's taking up more time or headspace than it should.
We can work out the rest together.
