Growth has a habit of creating more work behind the work.

That's often the point when my clients come to me.

And because I'm looking at how everything fits together, I'll often spot opportunities to simplify a process, organise something better or remove a bit of unnecessary work along the way.

I'm Jo, the person behind Your Favourite VA. I started my business in 2019 because I wanted work that gave me more flexibility around my family. What I didn't realise at the time was quite how much I'd love being part of other people's businesses too.
Today, I work with growing teams across the UK, often becoming the person behind the scenes who knows what's happening, where things live and what needs doing next.
I'm naturally organised, endlessly curious and a big believer that there is nearly always a simpler way of doing something. I'll happily get stuck into the day-to-day, but I'll also notice when something could work better, and I'm not afraid to suggest it.
For me, the best client relationships don't feel like outsourcing. They feel like being part of the team.
